Context
As part of Club Med's Talent Acquisition team, the intern contributes to the smooth running of the recruitment process and helps provide a high-quality candidate experience.
Supporting recruiters, the intern is involved at various stages of the candidate journey, from talent identification to application follow-up. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, sourcing, and candidate experience, while developing interpersonal, organizational, and digital skills.

Missions:
1.Managing Candidate Talent Pools
- Contact candidates by phone and email.
- Conduct follow-up communications to move applications forward.
- Assist candidates in completing their application files.
- Collect the required administrative documents.
- Update candidate information and records in recruitment tools.
2.Monitoring Employee Referral Applications
- Track applications submitted through employee referrals.
- Ensure application files are complete and reliable.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the monitoring of referral applications and related KPIs.
3.Supporting Sourcing Activities
- Assist in identifying candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Support the identification of profiles for open positions.
- Learn about sourcing techniques and recruitment tools used by recruiters.
4.Discovering the Candidate Experience
- Support candidates with clarity and care throughout their journey.
- Contribute to the quality and responsiveness of candidate communications.
- Help identify simple ideas to improve the candidate journey.
- Gain insight into employer branding challenges and initiatives.
5.Supporting Talent Acquisition Projects
- Participate in cross-functional projects assigned by the team.
- Contribute to the accuracy and updating of recruitment data.
- Learn about the key indicators used to monitor recruitment activity.
Profile
- You are currently a student seeking an internship of up to 2 months.
- You have an interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
- You enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable communicating by phone and video calls.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
- You are comfortable using digital tools and understand the importance of confidentiality.
Conditions
- 2 months internship (unpaid) starting in September 2026.
- Based at the Club Med Headquarters in Lyon.
