About the role
We are looking for a Partnerships Producer, ideally from the start of September 2026, based in Paris to work with the Partnerships team (Assignments + Licensing), photographers, and assistants to manage and execute pitches and projects for a variety of clients (Commercial, Corporate/Advertising/Fashion).
What you'll do
Manage production requirements for photo shoots projects
- Work alongside the project lead to follow the pitch through from proposal to sign-off
- Own end-to-end production of the project - from kickoff to final delivery - including building project production budgets for validation by the project lead, sourcing and managing suppliers, and working closely with photographers to ensure the project unfolds as planned.
- Handle all pre-production needs: photographer requirements, hiring assistants and other necessary crew, and coordinating travel, expenses, permissions, access, and accommodation for all parties
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the project, ensuring clear, consistent communication across all parties - including acting as the intermediary with the client
- Manage workflow and maintain budgets and estimates for photo shoots/projects; strong Excel skills and budget-tracking experience are essential
- Coordinate all post-production - acting as the main link between the post-production team, photographer, and client through to final delivery of images
- Coordinate shoot and licensing timelines; identify and manage external production partners when necessary and budget allows
- Invoice clients, update finance, and track payments
Post production management
- Keep track of fulfilled assignments after they have been shot - manage documents, embargoes, publication dates, etc.
- Manage traffic; download and transfer completed jobs and files to clients
- Magnum point of contact for production and postproduction process for both photographers and production partners
- Make sure the production team uploads files on our image storage system, and they have the correct caption/restriction/embargo information
- Ensure that all assignment-related documents are correctly archived
- Ensure smooth departmental billing process
- Manage the production budget for each project within the approved envelope, ensuring all parties are paid accurately and on time
- Manage payments through Spendesk, working closely with the finance team to ensure all payments are processed and all invoices are correctly collected from every party
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable across projects
- Field photographer and third-party queries regarding payments
- Submit invoices according to each client's specific requirements
- Keep an accurate record of pitches and billed assignments in Airtable
Coordinate the Partnerships marketing tools
- Coordinate with digital team to get new/relevant content up on MP social channels and keep the creative website updated
- Own the monthly EU Partnerships newsletter
Who you are
- Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail
- Able to multitask and manage your time effectively, as you'll often be the main point of contact for several projects running simultaneously
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, different working methods, and last-minute projects
- Forward-thinking and able to easily "connect the dots," always thinking one step ahead and anticipating what's coming next, not just staying organized in the moment
- Comfortable handling problems on the fly - production means troubleshooting constantly, and you can think quickly, adapt, and find fast, workable solutions under pressure
- An excellent relationship builder with strong negotiation and communication skills - you enjoy networking and getting to know team members and partners
- Naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and a collaborative team player, open and eager to engage with feedback
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a positive, upbeat nature
- Able to bring structure to creative discussions and translate them into measurable tasks and project plans
Minimum qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in photo production and managing projects with multiple deliverables
- Experience with process analysis and improvement
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with internal (up, across and down) and external stakeholders
- Proficient across Airtable, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets etc) and Slack. Spendesk experience a plus
- Native-level French (C2) and fluent English

Compensation
- 28.500€ gross / year (including 13th month)
