Contexte du poste
Le programme met en œuvre des aides à base d'IA générative pour les projets informatiques.
L'équipe CF est en charge de ce programme, en co-construction avec les équipes de l'ingénierie.
Actuellement, elle compte une dizaine de personnes et 3 chefs de projet (1 aides au développement, 1 aide à la démarche projet, 1 R&D). Elle est amenée à croître.
Au sein de cette équipe, le chef de projet IA générative pour la démarche projet assure un rôle pivot entre les besoins métiers des processus de la démarche projet (de la gestion de la demande à la spécification fonctionnelle et qualification, aide au quotidien) d'une part, et l'intégration des nouvelles technologies d'IA d'autre part.

Ce poste demande une grande polyvalence, alliant pilotage de projets et expertise en IA générative.
Missions Principales
Ø Gestion de projets - 80%
- Cadrer et élaborer des cahiers des charges et des plannings de construction des nouveaux projets d'IA générative
- Construire des solutions basées sur de la GenAI, en réponse à des besoins métiers
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et métier
- Rédiger de manière claire et précise le cahier des charges en décrivant les spécifications techniques, fonctionnelles et opérationnelles du projet
- Participer à la mise en place de nouvelles méthodologies (par exemple : évaluation de l'IA Générative)
- Identifier les contraintes et les exigences, y compris les délais, les budgets et les ressources nécessaires
- Piloter et Réaliser l'étude d'écart entre le cahier des charges et les spécifications produits, identifier avec les équipes produits les éléments qui peuvent faire partie de leur roadmap
- Réaliser le suivi d'adoption et des performances
- Réaliser l'amélioration continue
Ø Intervenant IA Services & Accompagnement - Réalisation d'assistants d'IA générative (POC/MVP rapides < 20 j.h) - 20%
- Cadrer le besoin avec la MOA au travers de la fiche de qualification du besoin
- Réaliser et tester l'assistant d'IA générative (prompt engineering et configuration de l'assistant)
- Assister la MOA dans sa recette
- Préparer et effectuer la mise en production (déclaration de conformité IA, mode opératoire, liste des accès, communication)
- Réaliser le suivi d'adoption et des performances
- Réaliser l'amélioration continue
Ø Support Scrum pour l'équipe (rôle transverse)
- Organiser les cérémonies Agile : envoyer les invitations pour les daily meetings, ainsi que pour les cérémonies mensuelles (planification, review, rétrospective)
- Animer les cérémonies Agile mensuelles
- Ajuster si besoin la documentation du mode Agile pour l'équipe
- Présenter le mode Agile de l'équipe aux nouveaux arrivants

Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant - Commerce Transformation, you will implement and configure packaged commerce solutions that enable organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders to assess requirements and deploy enterprise-grade commerce platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Configure Platform Modules: Configure product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, and customer account management to meet complex business needs and align with omnichannel strategies.
• Support Solution Delivery: Ensure packaged solutions are scalable for growth, optimized for performance and agility, and successfully adopted by clients through data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, integrate commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, and tailor solutions to meet business needs.
• Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences: Implement solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences across touchpoints, enabling organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and streamline operations.

- Profil Chef de projet expérimenté doté d'une bonne culture de la démarche projet
- Maîtrise des concepts d'IA générative
- Connaissance d'outils d'IA générative (ex : watsonx.ai) et de solutions pour la gouvernance et évaluation de l'IA (ex : watsonx.gov)
- Connaissance des techniques de prompt engineering
- Capacité à se saisir de nouveaux sujets et de monter en compétences rapidement.
- Capacité d'adaptation, proactivité, prise d'initiatives et résolution de problèmes.
