Responsibilities
You will be part of Eurazeo Infrastructure's investment team, currently made up of threesenior infrastructure professionals,one director, two principals, two associates and two analysts. You will play an important role withinthe team, as you will be directly involved in both investing and monitoringactivities, including the analysis of investment opportunities and their execution. You may also assistthe team regarding fundraising activities.

- Search for relevant market data to support investment analysis
- Financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities and in-depth study of the relevant sectors
- Preparing/reviewing financial models and analyzing sensitivities
- Participation in due diligence work (technical, commercial, legal, etc.)
- Preparing presentations for the Investment Committee
- Preparing analysis and presentations as part of the fundraising activity
- Strong in-house (investment and corporate teams) and external exposure (advisors, target management teams, industrial partners)
Key success factors
- Final year student (master) at a top-ranking business or engineering school:ideally with a first experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking or in a corporate entity operating in a sector in line with Eurazeo's Infrastructure's activities
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and analyze a market or a sector of activity, to synthesize and report information
- Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and more specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages (other than French) are a plus
- Team spirit and ability to work independently in a small team
- Thoroughness, analytical skills, and ability to summarize and communicate clearly
