1. POSITION SUMMARY
Klépierre is seeking a Digital & Innovation Project Manager to lead the deployment of new high-impact projects that support the Group's transformation and accelerate business growth.
Department: Group Marketing & Digital Operations
Location: Paris - Klépierre Headquarters (with occasional travel required)
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)

Klépierre is seeking a Digital & Innovation Project Manager to lead the deployment of new high-impact projects that support the Group's transformation and accelerate business growth.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission 1 - Product Management (≈50%)
- Ensure the rollout and continuous development of currently deployed solutions (including the solution to rent available kiosks and retail media platforms in malls).
- Manage product roadmap execution: requirements gathering, prioritization of enhancements, functional and technical workshops, and coordination with business, technical, and external vendor teams.
- Drive adoption of deployed solutions across headquarters and local country teams through onboarding, training, and user community engagement.
- Define and monitor usage and performance KPIs, as well as user feedback.
- Coordinate integrations and interconnections with other Group systems and tools.
- Lead product governance activities, including steering committees, reporting, and internal communication.
Mission 2 - Lead Innovation & Data Projects (≈50%)
- Manage the Group's portfolio of innovation initiatives and new projects relying on digital technologies to support Mall management operations; identification, selection, scoping, proof of concepts (POCs), evaluation, and recommendations for industrialization/scaling.
- Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, including contracting, operational follow-up, governance committees, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure project compliance with GDPR and the AI Act in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Legal teams.
- Develop and structure associated business models (data monetization, value creation, ROI) in partnership with business and finance teams.
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, proptech, martech solutions) and prepare presentations for senior management regarding the Group's innovation strategy.
3. PROFILE & SKILLS
Education
- Master's degree (Master's level / Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in digital, data, or innovation.
Experience
- Significant professional experience (5-8 years) in digital project management, product management, or digital transformation consulting.
Product & Project Management Skills
- Proven experience in product management (roadmap management, prioritization, backlog management, functional workshops).
- Knowledge of martech solutions, generative and predictive AI technologies, data visualization tools, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Understanding of system architecture and integration challenges (APIs, system integrations).
Interpersonal & Governance Skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to rally stakeholders around a shared vision and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences, including executives, business teams, technical teams, and end users.
- Experience in change management, including onboarding, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Soft Skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to technology monitoring and innovation.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations and drive improvements.
Languages
- Fluent English is essential (spoken and written).
