Scope of Work
1- "Documents" and "Workflows", keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance:
- Investigate ways to simplify the existing set ups
-Ensure that critical pieces of workflows are duly accounted for by owners of regression test plans.

2-Support to the business:
- Support functional team from a setting standpoint
- Support internal clients from an Application standpoint

Experience & Knowledge
• Expert understanding of the CargoWise-One system specifications and capabilities ( certified WiseTech CCP)
• Good communication skills
• Good English level both spoken and written
